Fabulous Fall Fundraiser 2020: From the Comfort of Home!

COVID may keep us close to home, but it can’t keep us from celebrating our kids, our school and our community! Below is our Quick Guide to Celebrating (fabulously) at Home.
Step 1: Save the date! November 7. (Then tell your friends to do the same.)
Step 2: Create a menu. Make your favorite fall dish or order takeout from specially created MVCS menu items at various Del Ray and Arlandria restaurants (come back here soon for the list of participating restaurants).
Step 3: Purchase an all-access pass to the Fabulous Fall Fundraiser Music Room, hosted by our guest DJ who is curating a custom playlist featuring (family-friendly) pop, rock and dance favorites sung by a range of artists, including songs in English and Spanish.
All-access Passes are $25 per family and include:
- Custom 3-hour music playlist in English and Spanish
- 10 raffle tickets
- a shout out by name to a kid in your house from the DJ
- Fender air guitar
Buy your all-access pass today in our online shop (https://mvcs.memberhub.store/). We will send a link via email to all-access pass holders on Saturday, November 7. Families who need help purchasing a pass may contact Ms. Rosa Landeros to request financial support.
Step 4: Put on your dancing shoes, pour yourself a cocktail or cuppa hot chocolate and get your home-based party started! (Don’t forget to look in the mirror, too—because you look FABULOUS!)
Step 5: Fire up your computer, phone or Smart TV and log into our Zoom room starting at 7pm on November 7! Take photos of your fun and post them on social and tag #mvcspta. And be sure to check out our online raffle throughout the night and bid on fabulous prizes like a vacation getaway home in West Virginia, family-friendly gift baskets, MVCS Spirit Wear and more.
All proceeds from this year’s Fabulous Fall Fundraiser directly support educational enrichment and distance learning supports identified by teachers.
